研究目的:

1.主要目标:观察4周的BCI联合虚拟情景踏车训练对脑卒中患者认知和下肢运动功能改善的干预效果; 2.次要目标: 探究脑卒中患者注意力、处理速度和工作记忆能力与步行能力改善之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

1.Main objective: To observe the effect of 4-week BCI combined with virtual situational treadmill training on improving cognition and lower limb motor function in stroke patients. 2.Secondary objective: To investigate the correlation between attention, processing speed, and working memory ability and improved walking ability in stroke patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重的失语症、认知障碍、严重的抑郁症等无法配合完成训练者; 2. 颅骨缺损或手术切口影响脑电头带的拟合者; 3. 皮肤状况不良,可能会因踩车或脑电图帽接触而恶化; 4. 下肢MAS评分大于2级; 5. 患有限制患者活动能力的合并症如:下肢深静脉血栓、严重心肺疾病、不稳定型高血压等; 6. 严重的关节畸形或下肢活动范围受限; 7. 患有其他影响功能恢复的 肌肉骨骼和神经性疾病者; 8. 严重心、肝、肾功能不全者; 9. 正在参与其他实验者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Individuals with severe aphasia, cognitive impairment, severe depression, etc. who are unable to cooperate in completing training; 2. Those with skull defects or surgical incisions that affect the fitting of EEG headbands; 3. Poor skin condition, which may worsen due to stepping on a car or contact with an EEG cap; 4. Lower limb MAS score greater than level 2; 5. Suffering from comorbidities that limit the patient's ability to move, such as deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, severe cardiopulmonary disease, unstable hypertension, etc; 6. Severe joint deformities or limited range of lower limb movement; 7. Individuals with other musculoskeletal and neurological diseases that affect functional recovery; 8. Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 9. Participating in other experimenters.
