研究目的：

建立早产儿前瞻性观察性队列，纵向研究至校正胎龄3岁，以语言发育障碍和/或孤独症谱系障碍为研究终点，研究早产儿在出生后1、3、5天肠道菌群的变化，与其校正胎龄3岁认知发育的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective observational cohort of preterm infants was established in a longitudinal study up to 3 years of corrected gestational age, with language developmental disorders and/or autism spectrum disorder as the endpoints, to study the changes of intestinal microbiota in preterm infants at 1, 3 and 5 days after birth, and the relationship between their cognitive development at 3 years of corrected gestational age.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 因各种原因存活时间＜3岁； 2. 社会因素放弃治疗； 3.随访至3岁时有患病倾向但不能明确除外或确诊语言发育障碍或孤独症谱系障碍的患儿； 4. 新生儿期确诊脑室内出血以外的脑损伤； 5. 随访过程中患其他神经系统疾病； 6. 随访过程中确诊炎症性肠病、慢性腹泻、免疫相关疾病和糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Due to various reasons, the survival time is less than 3 years old; 2. Social factors give up treatment; 3. Children who have a tendency to develop illness at the age of 3 but cannot be clearly excluded or diagnosed with language development disorders or autism spectrum disorders; 4. Brain injury other than confirmed intraventricular hemorrhage during the neonatal period; 5. Suffering from other neurological diseases during the follow-up process; 6. Inflammatory bowel disease, chronic diarrhea, immune related diseases and diabetes were confirmed during follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

每一个阶段的数据采集完成后，将由北京大学第一医院儿科专职研究团队进行分类和保存，在本课题完成前，任何数据将不对外开放。在本课题结项后，所发表成果涉及到的数据，在得到本课题负责人的同意后可开放做学术研究与临床研究之用途。所有数据都将加密管理，用以屏蔽受试者的个人信息及家庭信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After the data collection of each stage is completed, it will be classified and preserved by the full-time research team of pediatrics of Peking University First Hospital, and any data will not be open to the public until the completion of this project. After the completion of this project, the data involved in the published results can be opened for academic research and clinical research after obtaining the consent of the person in charge of this project. All data will be encrypted to shield the subjects' personal information and family information.
