研究目的：

通过构建前瞻性ACS患者队列，基于腔内影像学技术，探索斑块破裂和斑块侵蚀人群的中医证候分布、证候演变规律和临床特征分布，结合舌诊客观化识别技术采集中医舌象，筛选融合关键客观指标和中医四诊指标，构建可精准预测ACS患者斑块分型的中西医结合诊断预测模型。通过网络医学和组学方法，初步探索两组人群病理生物学机制差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a clinical cohort of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients who have underwent intracoronary imaging examinations. Identify culprit coronary plaque morphology through results of intracoronary imaging examination, and explore the distribution and changing pattern of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristics of patients with rupture plaques and erosion plaques. Collect tongue images of recruited patients together with key clinical indicators, biomarkers and TCM symptoms. Through integrating and screening of collected factors, construct an integrated precision diagnostic prediction model of ACS plaque morphology. Through network medicine and omics analysis, explore the underneath biological mechanisms of plaque rupture and plaque erosion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并左主干病变或右冠状动脉开口病变（距开口3mm内），或既往曾行冠状动脉旁路移植术者；
（2）存在原发性心肌病、感染性心内膜炎等其他非冠状动脉病变引起的心脏病；
（3）血流动力学不稳定，或在院期间发生心源性休克、心肺功能停止、低心输出量表现、室性心动过速者；
（4）合并1型糖尿病、家族性高胆固醇血症、自身免疫性疾病、多发性大动脉炎，或近两周内曾患急性感染性疾病者；
（5）合并呼吸衰竭或近1月内有胃肠道、呼吸道或其他器官出血病史者；
（6）合并肝、肾功能损害（血清谷丙转氨酶＞上限3倍和/或血清肌酐＞上限1.5倍）；
（7）对临床常规治疗药物存在过敏反应或禁忌证，无法接受常规西药治疗者；
（8）合并恶行肿瘤或恶液质或神经精神系统疾病或预期生存期＜1年者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with left main coronary artery lesions or right coronary artery lesions within 3mm from the ostia, or patients who have gone through coronary artery bypass grafting;
(2) Heart diseases due to primary cardiomyopathy, infectious endocarditis or other non-coronary-artery diseases;
(3) Patients with unstable hemodynamics, have gone through cardiac shock, low cardiac output or ventricular tachycardia;
(4) Patients who were complicated with type 1 diabetes, familial hypercholesterolemia, autoimmunity disease, polyarteritis, or had acute infectious disease within two weeks;
(5) Patients who were complicated with respiratory failure, or have bleeding history of gastrointestinal organs, respiratory tracts or other organs;
(6) Patients who have liver function or renal function damage (ALT over 3 times of the upper limit or/and serum creatinine over 1.5 times of the upper limit)
(7) Patients who are allergic or contraindicative to convention therapies, or who are not acceptive of convention treatment of western medicine;
(8) Patients who are complicated with malignant tumor, cachexia, mental illness, or who have a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
