Objectives of Study：

Based on functional magnetic resonance imaging technology, the functional changes of neural network in healthy volunteers after repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation of angular gyrus were explored.

排除标准：

①既往有精神疾病史、酒精或药物滥用史②有癫痫发作史③有心脏起搏器或颅内有金属植入物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse in the past 2. have a history of epilepsy 3. have a cardiac pacemaker or intracranial metal implants.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

①设计专门临床研究CRF表，利用epidata软件进行数据录入、核对、存储和导出；②每例影像采集都应该获得数据的原始文件并在CRF中按顺序如实记录扫描序列和采集过程中可能影响数据质量的相关事件，将每例数据导出到光盘或移动硬盘中。脱敏数据进行数据质量控制和备份；

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

① Design a special clinical research CRF form, and use epidata software to enter, check, store and export data; ② For each image acquisition, the original file of the data should be obtained, and the scanning sequence and related events that may affect the data quality in the acquisition process should be recorded in the CRF in order and truthfully, and each case of data should be exported to the CD or mobile hard disk. Data quality control and backup of desensitized data;
