研究目的：

1.研究八段锦对卒中后认知障碍患者执行功能的影响及其神经机制； 2.为八段锦在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的推广和应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study the impact of practicing Ba Duan Jin on the executive function and its neural mechanism in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment; 2. Provide scientific evidence for the promotion and application of Ba Duan Jin in patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 重要脏器功能衰竭（心、肝、肾）自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤等或病情不稳定患者； 2. 经既往病历或临床医生或家属证实其之前已经患有认知障碍的相关疾病；经检查证实有脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病等可引起认知功能障碍的其他疾病者； 3. 存在严重言语、视力、听力障碍或精神障碍等影响认知检查者； 4. 颅骨缺损、头部皮肤感染或破损； 5. 肝、肾等严重危及生命的疾病及精神病患者； 6. 有酒精、药物滥用史； 7. 目前正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with important organ failure (heart, liver, kidney), autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc. or unstable conditions; 2. Previous medical records or clinicians or family members have confirmed that they have previously suffered from related diseases of cognitive impairment; examinations have confirmed that they have brain tumors, traumatic brain injuries, brain parasitic diseases and other diseases that can cause cognitive dysfunction; 3. People with severe speech, vision, hearing impairment or mental impairment that affect the cognitive examination; 4. Skull defect, head skin infection or damage; 5. Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental illness patients; 6. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 7. Currently participating in other clinical trials.
