研究目的：

本项目将基于武汉亚洲心脏病医院已建立的经 PCI 治疗的冠心病患者随访队列，以入院后采集的瞬时静息心率、48 小时内完成的 24 小时动态心电图中心率负荷参数为基础，衍生、筛选与择期 PCI 冠心病患者短期、长期不良预后相关的参数，提高对经择期 PCI 治疗的患者预后的评估水平，及早识别不良心血管事件发生风险高的患者，揭示不良预后患者的心率表型，优化个性化干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will be based on the follow-up cohort of patients with coronary heart disease treated with PCI established by Wuhan Asian Heart Hospital, and based on the instantaneous resting heart rate collected after admission and the heart rate load parameters of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram completed within 48 hours, derive and screen the parameters related to the short-term and long-term adverse prognosis of coronary heart disease patients with elective PCI, so as to improve the level of evaluation of the prognosis of patients treated with elective PCI,early identification of patients with high risk of adverse cardiovascular events, and to reveal the heart rate phenotype of patients with poor prognosis, optimize personalized intervention programs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有妊娠、癌症、感染或吸毒的患者；（2）异位心律患者，包括心房颤动、心房扑动、逸搏心律等；（3）资料不全如无本院动态心电图检查结果，或记录时间< 20 小时者；（4）未按规律随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with pregnancy, cancer, infection or drug use, (2) patients with ectopic rhythm, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, escape rhythm, etc. (3) incomplete data such as no results of ambulatory electrocardiogram, or those whose recording time is less than 20 hours; (4) non-regular follow-up.
