研究目的：

研究混合现实技术在骨折手术导航中的准确性与可行性。本导航系统可将内植物安全、准确、稳定地放置在相应的解剖部位。与人工操作相比，使用导航系统可以实时观察并量化显示骨折复位情况，内植物植入过程中亦可显示规划路径与手术路径是否一致。在其辅助下的微创手术和高精度操作具有明显的优势，可减少手术并发症，有效降低手术风险，提高手术效率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the accuracy and feasibility of mixed reality technology in fracture surgery navigation. The navigation system allows for safe, accurate, and stable placement of the implant at the appropriate locations. Compared to manual operations, the use of the navigation system allows real-time observation and quantitative display of fracture repositioning, and also shows whether the planned path is consistent with the surgical path during implantation. Orthopedic surgery assisted by navigation system has obvious advantages in minimally invasive and high-precision operation, which can reduce surgical complications, effectively reduce surgical risks and improve surgical efficiency.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

CT/MRI 扫描禁忌症患者；
凝血功能严重障碍患者；
无法配合医生进行立体定向手术的患者；
主诊医生判断无法使用手术导航系统进行手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindications to CT/MRI scanning.
Patients with severe coagulation disorders.
Patients who are unable to cooperate with the surgeon for stereotactic surgery.
Patients who, according to the judgment of the attending physician, cannot be operated on using the surgical navigation system.
