研究目的：

通过临床试验，证实中药敷贴能有效预防骨外固定支架针道感染，为临床工作提供可行性依据，从而降低针道感染率，减少并发症，减轻患者痛苦。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical trials, it has been proved that TCM application can effectively prevent pin site infection of external bone fixation scaffold, and provide feasibility basis for clinical work, so as to reduce pin site infection rate, reduce complications and relieve patients' pain.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病； （2）与需要修复或探索的神经或血管损伤有关的骨折； （3）有精神疾病及不能正常沟通的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Chronic, recurrent, inflammatory skin diseases; (2) fractures associated with nerve or vascular damage that needs to be repaired or explored; (3) Patients with mental illness and inability to communicate normally.
