研究目的：

本课题拟采用前瞻性随机对照研究，利用影像引导调强放疗新技术，比较分析大分割放疗与常规分割放疗对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的局部-区域控制率、总生存率、无复发生存时间、无远处转移生存时间；评价患者的急性及晚期不良反应。旨在研究影像引导大分割调强放疗新技术用于乳腺癌改良根治术后患者，在缩短治疗时间、提高治疗增益比、降低治疗毒副反应、减轻病人经济负担方面的价值  

Objectives of Study：

This prospective randomized controlled study use the new technical of image-guided intensity modulated radiotherapy. To compare local regional control rate, total survival rate, relapse free survival, distant metastasis free survival in breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy treat with hypofractional radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy; to evaluate the acute and late toxicity in patients. The purpose of the study is to ascertain the value of the new technology of image-guided intensity modulated hypofractional radiotherapy for breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy in shorten the treatment time, increase the treatment gain ratio, reduce the adverse effects of treatment and reduce the financial burden.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

3.不符合入组条件者或妊娠期妇女、有精神疾病、之前有过胸部放疗病史、有胶原血管疾病史，不属于本次研究范畴。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Person who does not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. Women who are pregnant;
3. The patient had mental disease;
4. history of radiation treatment in chest;
5. History of vascular collagen disease.
