研究目的：

探讨传统康复徒手治疗结合课题组自主研发的悬吊式下肢康复机器人辅助治疗和MOTOMed训练设备辅助治疗对ICU获得性肌无力患者的早期康复疗效比较。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the comparison of the early rehabilitation effect of traditional rehabilitation therapy combined with the assisted treatment of the suspended lower limb rehabilitation robot independently developed by the research group and the assisted treatment of the MOTOMed training equipment for ICU patients with acquired myasthenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.缺乏知情同意； 2.植入起搏器或除颤器者； 3.骨折未愈合、严重的骨质疏松者、急性静脉血栓形成患者； 4.患有严重的高血压（收缩压>200mmHg，舒张压>110mmHg）、糖尿病血糖控制不佳或合并肝、肾、心脏等重要脏器功能障碍等重大疾病等； 5.严重髋、膝、踝关节被动关节活动度受限； 6.难治性或多发性癫痫者； 7.视力、听力或理解能力存在严重障碍者； 8.正在参与另一项临床试验； 9.已知对康复机器人会产生变态反应、超敏反应或不耐受； 10.研究者认为存在可能损害受试者或者导致受试者无法满足或执行研究要求的任何状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of informed consent; 2. Patients with implanted pacemaker or defibrillator; 3. Patients with unhealed fractures, severe osteoporosis and acute venous thrombosis; 4. Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg), diabetes with poor blood sugar control or complicated with serious diseases such as dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and other important organs; 5. Severe limited passive range of motion of hip, knee and ankle joints; 6. Refractory or multiple epilepsy; 7. Severely impaired in vision, hearing or understanding; 8. Participating in another clinical trial; 9. Known to have allergic reaction, hypersensitivity or intolerance to rehabilitation robots; 10. Any condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, is likely to prejudice the subject or cause the subject to fail to meet or perform the study requirements.
