研究目的：

1. 中国人群HR+，HER2-早期乳腺癌患者预后相关RNA表达生物标记物筛选，并体外实验初步验证其生物学功能； 2. 结合预后相关的临床病理特征，构建并验证早期HR阳性乳腺癌患者预后评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the prognostic RNA expression biomarkers of HR+, HER2- early breast cancer in Chinese population, and preliminarly verify their biological functions in vitro; 2. Combined with the clinicopathological features related to prognosis, we plan to construct and verify the prognosis evaluation model of early HR-positive breast cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 临床诊断为晚期乳腺癌或复发的乳腺癌患者； 2. 免疫组化结果为HR阴性HER2阳性或三阴性乳腺癌； 3. 5年内合并其他恶性肿瘤； 4. 临床诊疗信息不完整，无法满足数据分析要求的患者； 5. 样本量与质量不支持基因检测需求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinically diagnosed advanced breast cancer or recurrent breast cancer; 2. HR-negative, HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer by immunohistochemistry; 3. Complicated with other malignant tumors within 5 years; 4. Patients whose clinical diagnosis and treatment information is incomplete and cannot meet the requirements of data analysis; 5. The sample volume and quality did not support patients with genetic testing needs.
