研究目的：

探讨AD患者血清Netrin-1水平与AD患者认知功能严重程度的相关性，并进一步探究Netrin-1是否通过调控APP水平从而影响AD患者认知功能。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between serum Netrin-1 level and the severity of cognitive function in AD patients, and further explore whether Netrin-1 is passable. It affects the cognitive function of AD patients by regulating APP level.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.血管性痴呆，脑卒中后认知功能障碍； 2.合并血液系统疾病、重要脏器功能障碍或严重原发病者； 3.凝血功能障碍者； 4.伴有严重感染或全身性感染者； 5.精神疾病史病者； 6.受试期间依从性差，不配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vascular dementia, cognitive dysfunction after stroke; 2. Patients with hematological diseases, major organ dysfunction or severe primary disease; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. With severe infection or systemic infection; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness; 6. Poor compliance during the test period, not worthy.
