研究目的：

基于循证医学原则，采用随机对照试验方法，对将来自首都医科大学附属北京中医医院针灸科门诊的特发性耳鸣患者90例，随机分组后进行针刺与假针刺治疗，评价针刺疗法治疗特发性耳鸣的疗效。为针刺治疗特发性耳鸣提供循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial was used to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus in 90 patients with idiopathic tinnitus from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Capital Medical University. To provide evidence-based medical evidence for acupuncture for idiopathic tinnitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有心、肝、肺、肾、血液等其他系统严重疾病者;
2. 不能配合治疗或依从性差患者；
3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
4. 影像学检查提示合并耳部肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with serious diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, blood and other systems;
2. Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment or have poor compliance;
3. Pregnant or lactating women.
4. Imaging examination showed ear tumors.

由专业的方法学人员把估算的样本含量输入PEMS 3.1统计软件包, 得出顺序号、随机种子数、分组结果, 制作随机卡片, 放入不透光信封密封。

Professional methodologists input the estimated sample content into the PEMS 3.1 statistical software package, obtain the sequence number, random seed number, grouping results, make random cards, and put them into opaque envelope seals.

盲法：	基于针刺操作的特殊性研究者及操作者均知道患者所处的组别, 患者无法分辨出针刺治疗组与非穴位浅刺组的区别;针刺组用A组表示，假针组用B组表示，从而更好的对统计者施盲。在进行统计处理前，所有数据将均由专人进行保管，数据统计结束时才会进行揭盲。为最大限度保证盲法的成功率，两组患者在不同的时间和诊室接受治疗，没有交流的机会，在治疗第4周向患者提问进行盲法成功率的评价。
Blinding：	Based on the particularity of acupuncture operation, both the investigator and the operator knew the group in which the patient was located, and the patient could not distinguish the difference between the acupuncture treatment group and the non-acupuncture group. The acupuncture group was represented by group A and the sham needle group by group B, so as to better blind the statisticians. All data will be kept by a special person before statistical processing, and blinding will be carried out at the end of the statistics. In order to maximize the success rate of blinding, the two groups of patients received treatment at different times and consultation rooms, did not have the opportunity to communicate, and asked questions to patients at the 4th week of treatment to evaluate the success rate of blinding.
