研究目的：

1. 研究语前聋成人人工耳蜗（CI）的患者残余螺旋神经节细胞的数量及对电刺激反应能力与语前聋早期植入CI患儿之间的差异； 2. 语前聋成人CI术后听皮层对声音的分辨能力随耳蜗使用时长的变化情况； 3. 分析影响语前聋成人CI术后效果的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the differences in the number of residual spiral ganglion cells and their ability to respond to electrical stimulation in patients with pre lingual hearing loss and early implantation of cochlear implant (CI) in children with pre lingual hearing loss; 2. Changes in the auditory cortex's ability to distinguish sounds with the duration of cochlear use in pre lingual deaf adults after CI surgery; 3. Analyze the factors that affect the postoperative outcomes of CI surgery in adults with pre lingual hearing loss.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有耳蜗畸形（大前庭导水管畸形除外）； 2. 患有蜗神经发育不良； 3. 患有听神经病； 4. 患有耳蜗骨化； 5. 长时间不佩戴第二侧耳蜗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have cochlear malformation (excepting large vestibular aqueduct malformation); 2. Patients who have cochlear nerve dysplasia; 3. Patients who have auditory neuropathy; 4. Patients who have cochlear ossification; 5. Patients who do not wear their cochlear implant.
