研究目的：

1. 研究较长间隔时间序贯植入人工耳蜗（CI）的患者双耳残余螺旋神经节细胞的数量及对电刺激反应能力之间的差异，及听皮层听觉分辨能力之间的差异； 2. 分析影响第二侧CI效果的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the difference of the quantity of residual spiral ganglion cells and their ability to respond to electrical stimulation between two ears in children sequential cochlear implantation (CI) with long-term interval, and the difference of the auditory discrimination ability of the auditory cortex between two ears; 2. Analyze the factors that affect the effect of the second side of CI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有耳蜗畸形（大前庭导水管畸形除外）； 2. 患有蜗神经发育不良； 3. 患有听神经病； 4. 患有耳蜗骨化； 5. 长时间不佩戴第二侧耳蜗； 6. 成人语前聋患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have cochlear malformation (excepting large vestibular aqueduct malformation); 2. Patients who have cochlear nerve dysplasia; 3. Patients who have auditory neuropathy; 4. Patients who have cochlear ossification; 5. Patients who do not wear their second cochlear implant for a long time; 6. Patients who were diagnosed with prelingual deafness.
