研究目的：

本研究拟以初次使用生物制剂的炎症性肠病患者为研究对象，以普遍使用的灰阶超声和多普勒超声指标为基础，结合弹性超声与超声造影相关定量指标，综合评估炎症性肠病的活动性，寻找早期使用超声预测生物制剂疗效的最佳时间点，并完善评价标准及更高效的评价流程。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to study the patients of inflammatory bowel disease for the first time, based on the commonly used gray scale ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound, combined with the quantitative indicators of elastic ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, comprehensively evaluate the activity of inflammatory bowel disease, look for the best time point to predict the efficacy of biological agents, and improve the evaluation criteria and process.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①中途更换治疗方案；
②在诱导缓解期间接受了手术治疗；
③妊娠妇女或肥胖（BMI＞35kg/m2）
④对超声检查可能使用的耦合剂、造影剂过敏而无法进行检查者
⑤严重的其他系统疾病或精神障碍经临床医师判断不宜纳入者

Exclusion criteria：

①Individuals who change the treatment plan midway through.
②Individuals who received a surgery during the induction of remission.
③Pregnant women or individuals who are obese (BMI> 35 kg/m).
④Individuals who are allergic to the coupling agent and contrast agent used by ultrasound.
⑤Individuals with other severe systemic diseases or mental disorders that are not appropriate for the study.
