研究目的：

本试验的主要目的是在颅内大血管闭塞导致的缺血性卒中患者中，经血管内取栓获得血管再通后，识别缺血性卒中再灌注治疗后半暗带进展相关代谢物；次要目的是初步探索血清标志代谢物的可能的分子通路 。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this trial is to identify metabolites associated with hemidesmosomal progression after reperfusion therapy in patients with ischemic stroke due to intracranial large vessel occlusion after endovascular thrombus retrieval; a secondary objective is to explore possible molecular pathways for serum marker metabolites.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 头颅CT所见颅内出血性疾病：出血性卒中、硬膜外血肿、硬膜下血肿、脑室出血、蛛网膜下腔出血等； 2. 已知近期或当前血清肌酐超过正常值上限1.5倍，或估算的肾小球滤过率（eGFR）<60mL/min； 3. 表现或入院时全身感染伴发热> 38.0°C，白细胞升高、肺炎诊断、尿路感染； 4. 有严重精神障碍或因痴呆无法配合完成知情同意及随访内容的患者； 5. 并发恶性肿瘤或患有严重的全身性疾病、预计生存期小于90天的患者； 6. 30天内参加过其他干预性临床研究，或者正在参加其他干预性临床研究者术后失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intracranial hemorrhagic disease as seen on cranial CT: hemorrhagic stroke, epidural hematoma, subdural hematoma, ventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc; 2. Known recent or current serum creatinine exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal or an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <60 mL/min; 3. Systemic infection with fever > 38.0 degree, elevated white blood cells, diagnosis of pneumonia, and urinary tract infection at presentation or admission; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders or unable to cooperate in completing the informed consent and follow-up components due to dementia; 5. Patients with concurrent malignancy or with severe systemic disease with an expected survival of less than 90 days; 6. Those who have participated in other interventional clinical studies within 30 days, or are participating in other interventional clinical studies postoperatively lost to follow-up.
