研究目的：

通过随机对照实验，了解五禽戏锻炼对多动症倾向儿童症状、执行功能的干预效果，观察五禽戏锻炼课程对多动症倾向儿童生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of Wuqinxi exercise (Traditional Chinese Qigong) intervention on symptoms, Executive Function, and life quality in children with a tendency to ADHD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用随机分组法将参与者分为五禽戏组和对照组。五禽戏组25名多动症儿童拟接受为期12周，每周3次，每次45分钟的五禽戏锻炼干预，对照组只需要保持与参与项目前一致的正常身体活动即可。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The participants included 50 children with a tendency to ADHD aged between 6 and 12 years who were randomly assigned to the Wuqinxi exercise group (n = 25) or wait-list control group (n = 25). The Wuqinxi exercise group participated in a Wuqinxi exercise program for 12 weeks (3 times a week for 45-min periods). In contrast, participants in the wait-list control group will maintain their regular lifestyle without any intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合下列标准之一的儿童将被排除： 1.在过去6个月内接受过气功训练； 2.有神经系统疾病或其他与执行功能相关的问题； 3.任何限制参加运动的环境或身体状况。 受试对象的剔除标准： 1.主要结局指标数据不完整者； 2.试验期间因为各种原因不能继续参加训练者； 3.受试者或家属要求中止练习退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients will be excluded if they meet one of the following criteria: 1. Have received Qigong training in the past six months; 2. Have a neurological disease or other problems related to executive function; 3. Any environment or physical condition that restricts participation in sports. Rejection criteria of subjects: 1. Incomplete data of main outcome indicators; 2. Those who cannot continue to participate in the training for various reasons during the trial; 3. The subjects or their families asked to stop practicing and quit.
