探索普通肝素对脓毒症治疗的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of unfractionated heparin on sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2. 对普通肝素或 VitC 过敏； 3.有血液系统疾病； 4.抗凝药物或抗血小板药物治疗中； 5.有严重脑外伤、脑动脉瘤、动静脉畸形病、支气管扩张、消化道溃疡等具有潜在出血风险的疾病，或处于严重创伤或外科手术后 24 h。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Allergies to ordinary heparin or VitC; 3. Having blood system diseases; 4. In the treatment of anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs; 5. Have serious brain trauma, Intracranial aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, Bronchiectasis, digestive tract ulcer and other diseases with potential bleeding risk, or be in serious trauma or 24 hours after surgery.
