研究目的：

1.对早产儿儿口腔运动干预方案进行最佳证据汇总，分析及优劣性。 2.基于最佳证据总结构建可供临床操作的改良PIOMI口腔运动干预方案。 3.将改良PIOMI口腔运动干预方案应用于极早产儿，并分析其有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To summarise the best evidence and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of oral motor intervention protocols for preterm infants. 2. To construct a clinically feasible modified PIOMI oral motor intervention based on the summary of best evidence. 3. To apply the modified PIOMI oral motor intervention to very preterm infants and analyse its effectiveness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并严重并发症：神经系统疾病：脑室内出血、脑室周围白质软化、缺氧缺血性脑病等；新生儿窒息；坏死性小肠结肠炎；新生儿败血症等严重感染；支气管肺发育不良等；
2. 先天性疾病：如染色体异常、唇腭裂、先天性心脏病、口腔畸形、食管闭锁、肠闭锁等消化道畸形等；
3. aEEG监测前一周使用镇静、镇痛药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined serious complications: neurological disorders: intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular white matter softening, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, etc.; neonatal asphyxia; necrotizing small intestinal colitis; severe infections such as neonatal sepsis; bronchopulmonary dysplasia, etc.
2. congenital disorders: e.g. chromosomal abnormalities, cleft lip and palate, congenital heart disease, oral malformations, gastrointestinal malformations such as oesophageal atresia and intestinal atresia
3. Use of sedative and analgesic drugs one week prior to aEEG monitoring.
