研究目的：

1.利用三维运动分析骶骨定标法探索八段锦干预脑卒中患者动态平衡功能的影响。 2.采用FMRI分析八段锦改善脑卒中患者平衡及下肢功能的中枢作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The three-dimensional motion analysis and sacral calibration method were used to explore the influence of Baduan Jin on the dynamic balance function of stroke patients. 2. FMRI was used to analyze the central mechanism of action of Baduan Jin to improve balance and lower limb function in stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有八段锦练习经验者； 2.中风前有下肢运动功能障碍者； 3.下肢皮肤或肌肉损伤影响表面肌电图检查者； 4.有fMRI的相关禁忌症者（心脏起搏器，颅内植入，植入药泵或妊娠等）； 5.重要脏器功能衰竭（心、肝、肾）自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤等或病情不稳定患者； 6.肝、肾等严重危及生命的疾病及精神病患者； 7.严重认知或沟通障碍者； 8.目前正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have previous experience in eight dan jin practice; 2. Those with lower limb motor dysfunction before stroke; 3. Lower limb skin or muscle injury affecting surface electromyogram examination; 4. Those with contraindications related to fMRI (pacemaker, intracranial implantation, implantable drug pump or pregnancy, etc.); 5. Patients with important organ failure (heart, liver, kidney), autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc. or unstable conditions; 6. Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and psychiatric patients; 7. Those with severe cognitive or communication disabilities; 8. Those currently participating in other clinical trials.
