研究目的：

分析两组不同麻醉药物对老年腰椎手术患者安全性、有效性及循环稳定性的影响，为降低围术期术老年患者循环波动及不良事件的发生，为改善患者预后提供临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effects of two groups of different anesthetic drugs on the safety, effectiveness and circulation stability of elderly patients undergoing lumbar surgery, in order to reduce the occurrence of circulation fluctuations and adverse events in elderly patients undergoing perioperative surgery, and to provide clinical reference for improving the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在精神或意识障碍者; 2.长期服用镇静药物患者; 3.超重或肥胖者（体重指数>=28）; 4.对本研究相关麻醉药物有用药禁忌证者; 5.术前合并严重肝肾功能损害者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with preoperative mental or consciousness disorders; 2. Patients who take sedative drugs for a long time; 3. Overweight or obese individuals (body mass index>=28); 4. Those who have contraindications to the use of anesthetic drugs related to this study; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage before surgery.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机数字表法将 60 例患者分为试验组和对照组，把 60 个信封外面写上编号，信封内有对应的随机数字和麻醉诱导方案，严格保密和保管。在研究医院病房招募择期行心脏瓣膜置换术患者，术前1日按照纳入标准、排除标准确定受试者，按照签署知情同意书的顺序编号。手术当日取出相应序号信封获取麻醉诱导方案，并由另一名不知情麻醉方案的人进行观察和记录各项指标。所有数据锁定后，由统计人员进行分析，得出分析结果后进行揭盲。
