研究目的：

1.通过分析粪便DNA检测结果阳性（高风险）个体在后续随访中接受肠镜的比例，评估华中地区人群的肠镜依从性及其可能的影响因素，为后续肠癌筛查民生健康服务项目提供参考； 2.通过大规模前瞻性真实世界研究，分析评价新型肠癌筛查技术在真实世界研究中的筛查效益（阳性率、肠镜异常率、阳性预测值等），并测算筛诊一体化方案的成本效益比； 3.探索华中地区肠癌一般风险人群的肠道菌群和尿液代谢物特征，采集肠癌/癌前病变个体和健康对照个体的肠道菌群和尿液代谢物特征；构建基于尿液代谢标志物或肠道菌群特征的肠癌诊断模型，初步评估多组学肠癌检测模型在大规模结直肠癌筛查中的应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

1. By analyzing the proportion of individuals with positive fecal DNA test results (high risk) who received colonoscopy in follow-up, to evaluate the colonoscopy compliance of the population in central China and its possible influencing factors, so as to provide reference for follow-up colorectal cancer screening services for people's livelihood. 2. To analyze and evaluate the screening benefits (positive rate, abnormal rate of colonoscopy, positive predictive value, etc.) of novel colorectal cancer screening techniques in real world studies through large-scale prospective real-world studies, and to measure the cost-benefit ratio of integrated screening programs; 3. To explore the characteristics of intestinal flora and urine metabolites in people at general risk of colorectal cancer in central China and collect the characteristics of intestinal flora and urine metabolites in individuals with colorectal cancer/precancerous lesions and healthy controls. To construct a diagnostic model of bowel cancer based on urine metabolic markers or intestinal flora characteristics, and preclinically evaluate the application value of multi-omics intestinal cancer detection model in large-scale colorectal cancer screening.
