研究目的：

获得我国RICU/MICU急性呼吸衰竭患者的营养风险状况评估。了解营养治疗的实施情况，探讨不同营养治疗方案与患者预后关系。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the nutritional risk of patients with acute respiratory failure in RICU/MICU of China. To understand the implementation of nutritional therapy, and to explore the relationship between different nutritional therapy and prognosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①主要诊断为非呼吸系统疾病；
②参入本研究前3月内参加了其它临床研究者;
③合并恶性肿瘤预期寿命小于3个月；
④长期住ICU患者：住ICU时间超过4周；
⑤呼吸机依赖患者：机械通气时间超过4周。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The main diagonsis is not respiratory system disease;
2. Enrolled in other clinical studies within 3 months;
3. The life expectancy of malignant tumor is less than 3 months;
4. Long live ICU patients: longer than 4 weeks in ICU;
5. Ventilator dependent patient: mechanical ventilation for more than 4 weeks.
