研究目的：

通过血清代谢组学分析，比较足月小于胎龄儿（SGA）与正常足月新生儿血清代谢产物的变化，探讨SGA的致病机制及代谢特点，为临床预防及治疗SGA代谢紊乱提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through serum metabolomics analysis, the changes of serum metabolites between full-term infants with gestational age (SGA) and normal full-term newborns were compared, and the pathogenic mechanism and metabolic characteristics of SGA were discussed, providing evidence for clinical prevention and treatment of SGA metabolic disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①出生时间大于28天；②新生儿血红蛋白低于145g/L，禁食、呼吸机辅助通气、窒息、惊厥、贫血、低血糖、高血糖、感染指标异常、甲状腺功能异常、发育畸形；③母亲生产前患有糖尿病、甲状腺功能异常、重度子痫、先天性心脏病、发热、肿瘤、血液系统疾病、风湿免疫性疾病、遗传代谢病、抑郁症等精神疾病；④法定监护人拒绝进入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Birth time greater than 28 days; 2. Neonatal hemoglobin lower than 145g/L, fasting, ventilator assisted ventilation, asphyxia, convulsion, anemia, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, abnormal infection indicators, abnormal thyroid function, developmental malformation; 3. The mother suffered from diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, severe eclampsia, congenital heart disease, fever, tumor, blood system diseases, rheumatic immune diseases, genetic metabolic diseases, depression and other mental diseases before delivery; 4. The legal guardian refused to enter the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的录入病例记录表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同的记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers recorded the data into the case record table in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The data entry was made by the corresponding database system with two pairs and two machines, and then the database was compared twice. The electronic data files were saved in classification, and multiple backups were stored in different recording media to prevent damage.
