研究目的：

本研究探究硬化骨分型对抗结核药物浓度分布的影响。

Objectives of Study：

This study explore the effect of sclerotic bone classification on the concentration distribution of antituberculosis drugs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.耐药型结核。 b.有脊柱手术史、或合并其他脊柱疾病的患者。 c.合并严重的心、肝、脑、肺、肾等重要脏器功能受损的患者。 d.孕期或哺乳期妇女、或严重精神疾病患者。 e.糖尿病血糖控制未达标（空腹血糖>11.1mmol/L，糖化血红蛋白>8.0%），或伴有糖尿病并发症的患者。 a.高血压未控制（收缩压≥160mmHg，舒张压>90mmHg），或有低血压（静息坐位血压<90/50mmHg）的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Drug-resistant tuberculosis b. Patients with a history of spinal surgery or other spinal diseases. c. Patients with severe functional impairment of heart, liver, brain, lung, kidney and other important organs. d. Pregnant or lactating women, or persons with serious mental illness e. Patients with diabetes whose blood glucose control is not up to standard (fasting blood glucose >11.1mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin >8.0%) or with complications of diabetes. a. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >90mmHg), or hypotension (resting sitting blood pressure <90/50 MMHG).
