研究目的：

本研究首次将左束支起搏联合伊伐布雷定作为心衰并房颤患者的治疗策略，探究伊伐布雷定对房室结阻滞的作用及安全性，并评估临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, left bundle branch pacing combined with Ivabradine was used as a new therapeutic strategy in patients with heart failure and atrial fibrillation. We try to explore the effect and safety of Ivabradine on atrioventricular nodal block, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.12导联心电图提示室内阻滞； 2.需要心脏手术的先天性心脏病； 3.进行透析的慢性肾脏病； 4.严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 5.有感染等起搏器禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.12 lead ECG suggests indoor block; 2. Congenital heart disease requiring cardiac surgery; 3. Chronic kidney disease on dialysis; 4. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. Those who have contraindications to pacemakers such as infection.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的输入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双击录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers entered the data into the case report form in time, completely, correctly and clearly, and entered the data using the corresponding database system double-click entry, the database is then compared twice. Electronic data files are stored in categories and multiple backups are stored on different disks for proper preservation to prevent damage.
