研究目的：

主要目的： 对抑郁症患者血清进行代谢物及代谢组学研究，探讨血清代谢物与抑郁症的相关性。 次要目的： 1.筛选鉴定抑郁症相关的特征性代谢标志物； 2.探讨建立抑郁症患者血清代谢组学诊断模型； 3.探讨抑郁症患者症状改善与血清代谢物浓度的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To carry out metabolites and metabolomics studies on the serum of patients with depression to explore the correlation between serum metabolites and depression. Secondary purposes: 1. To screen and identificate characteristic metabolic markers associated with depression; 2. To explore the establishment of a serum metabolomics diagnostic model for patients with depression; 3. To explore the correlation between symptom improvement and serum metabolite concentration in patients with depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.样本呈现出凝血或溶血现象； 2.样本的采集或存储不正确； 3.受试者同时合并其他精神类疾病； 4.药物、酒精依赖者或滥用史者； 5.神经系统病变、脑外伤、心脑血管病患以及严重肝肾功能异常、糖尿病等重大躯体疾病患者； 6.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 7.6个月内有手术或其他重大病史者； 8.正在接受激素类药物治疗； 9.研究者认为具有其他不适宜参加本试验因素的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The sample showed coagulation or hemolysis; 2. Incorrect collection or storage of samples; 3. The subject has other psychiatric diseases at the same time; 4. Those who are dependent on drugs or alcohol or have a history of abuse; 5. Patients with neurological lesions, brain trauma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes and other major physical diseases; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Those who have surgery or other major medical history within 6 months; 8. Are receiving hormonal therapy; 9. Subjects who the investigator believes have other factors that are not suitable to participate in this trial.
