研究目的：

评价保妇康栓治疗细菌性阴道病的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组：保妇康栓，阴道用药，1粒/次，1次/日，连续给药7天。 对照组：甲硝唑阴道凝胶，阴道用药，1支/次，1次/日，连续给药7天。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Experimental group: Baofukang Shuan, vaginal medication, 1 capsule/time, once/day, continuous administration for 7 days. Control group: Metronidazole vaginal gel, vaginal medication, 1 stick/time, once/day, continuous administration of 7 days. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有其他感染（非 BV）导致的阴道炎；
2. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
3. 近 14 天内使用了全身或阴道抗菌药物者；
4. 合并心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能异常和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者；
5. 对保妇康栓或甲硝唑或吡咯类药物过敏者；
6. 研究者认为不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vaginitis caused by other infections (not BV);
2. Pregnant and lactating women;
3. Patients who have used systemic or vaginal antibiotics within the last 14 days;
4. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients;
5. Allergic to Baofukang Suppositories or metronidazole or pyrrole drugs;
6. Other situations in which the researcher did not consider participation appropriate.
