比较近视LASIK/PRK术后植入单焦点和双焦点人工晶体术后视力和视觉质量  

Objectives of Study：

To compare vision and visual quality of eyes implanted with monofocal or bifocal intraocular lens with prior myopic LASIK/PRK

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选择性纳入30眼（30人）植入单焦点人工晶体，30眼（30人）植入双焦点人工晶体，术后1-3月，检查患者裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、裸眼中视力、裸眼近视力，使用iTrace像差仪检测患者3mm和5mm角膜和全眼球差、彗差、总高阶像差，使用欧卡斯检测客观散射指数、调制传递函数截止空间频率、斯特尔比值，使用Quality of Vision (QoV) 问卷进行主观视觉质量评估

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

慢性或复发性葡萄膜炎，青光眼，糖尿病视网膜病变，严重精神或心理疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with chronic or recurrent uveitis, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and severe mental and psychological diseases were excluded.
