研究目的：

1.拟从踝关节生物力学、踝关节肌力和肌肉激活情况，以及踝关节神经肌肉控制等方面探讨陈式太极拳特定动作对慢性踝关节不稳者下肢运动功能的影响； 2.通过比较陈式太极拳和常规康复训练对慢性踝关节不稳患者下肢功能的影响，评价陈式太极拳对慢性踝关节不稳患者的有效性，并确定陈式太极拳的疗效是否优于常规康复训练。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The effect of specific movements of Chen style Tai Chi on lower limb motor function of patients with chronic ankle instability is discussed from the aspects of ankle biomechanics, ankle muscle strength and muscle activation, and ankle neuromuscular control. 2. By comparing the influence of Chen style Taijiquan and conventional rehabilitation training on lower limb function of patients with chronic ankle instability, evaluate the effectiveness of Chen style Taijiquan on patients with chronic ankle instability, and determine whether the efficacy of Chen style Taijiquan is better than conventional rehabilitation training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 12个月内曾进行规律太极拳训练者； 2. 存在下肢手术史、下肢骨折史等病史； 3. 实验开始前6周之内，发生急性踝关节扭伤者； 4. 实验开始前6个月内，足部或踝关节固定时间超过48小时者； 5. 存在其他影响肌肉力量或本体感觉功能的身体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have conducted regular Tai Chi training within 12 months; 2. History of lower extremity surgery, fracture history and other medical history; 3. Patients with acute ankle sprain within 6 weeks before the start of the experiment; 4. Foot or ankle joint fixation for more than 48 hours within 6 months before the start of the experiment; 5. There are other physical disorders that affect muscle strength or proprioceptive function.
