研究目的：

1.寻找MCI的发病危险因素以及诊断MCI的敏感分子生物学标记物、fNIRS任务态范式； 2.基于fNIRS开展轻度认知障碍神经生物标记与临床诊断评估参考标准，建立轻度认知障碍脑功能层面的临床检查范式、数据分析方法、生物指标、评价阈值标准； 3.构建MCI神经影像数据。

Objectives of Study：

1.Identify the risk factors for the onset of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and sensitive molecular biological markers and fNIRS task paradigms for diagnosing MCI. 2.Based on fNIRS, establish clinical examination paradigms, data analysis methods, biomarkers, and evaluation threshold standards for the functional brain assessment of mild cognitive impairment, as well as neurobiological markers and clinical diagnostic assessment reference criteria. 3.Build a neural imaging database for mild cognitive impairment (MCI).

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(一) MCI 组 1.有精神病史（如人格分裂、精神分裂症、严重抑郁症等），或其他主要的神经退行性痴呆症； 2.合并严重的肝、肾、血液病变以及内分泌系统原发病者； 3.严重失语症，有严重的视力减退、视野缺损、视空间忽略和听力障碍的患者，不能配合治疗及相关评定者； 4.因药物或中毒等其他原因引起的认知障碍者； 5.体内有金属植入物 (如金属假体、支架、心脏起搏器等)； 6.患有幽闭恐惧症、美尼尔氏综合征等不适合进行扫描的疾病； 7.正在参加影响本研究结果的其他研究试验者；（二）健康对照组 1.合并严重的肝、肾、血液病变以及内分泌系统原发病者； 2.不能配合治疗及相关评定者； 3.正在参加影响本研究结果的其他研究试验者； 4.体内有金属植入物(如金属假体、支架、心脏起搏器等)； 5.患有幽闭恐惧症、美尼尔氏综合征等不适合进行扫描的疾病。（三）AD 组 1.合并严重的肝、肾、血液病变以及内分泌系统原发病者； 2.不能配合治疗及相关评定者； 3.正在参加影响本研究结果的其他研究试验者； 4.体内有金属植入物(如金属假体、支架、心脏起搏器等)； 5.患有幽闭恐惧症、美尼尔氏综合征等不适合进行扫描的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) MCI group 1.Patients with a history of mental illness such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, severe depression, or other major neurodegenerative dementias; 2.Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematological disorders or endocrine system primary diseases; 3.Patients with severe aphasia, significant visual impairment, visual field defects, spatial neglect, and hearing impairment who are unable to cooperate with treatment and related assessments; 4.Patients with cognitive impairment due to drugs or poisoning and other reasons; 5.Patients with metal implants in the body (such as metal prostheses, stents, pacemakers, etc.); 6.Patients with diseases such as claustrophobia or Meniere's syndrome that are not suitable for scanning; 7.Patients who are participating in other research trials that may affect the results of this study. (2) healthy control group 1.Patients with severe liver, kidney, blood disorders, and primary endocrine system diseases are excluded from the study. 2.Patients who cannot comply with treatment and related assessments are excluded. 3.Patients who are currently participating in other studies that may affect the results of this study are excluded. 4.Patients with metal implants in their bodies, such as metal prostheses, stents, pacemakers, etc., are excluded. 5.Patients with diseases that are not suitable for scanning, such as claustrophobia and Meniere's syndrome, are excluded.
