研究目的：

第一部分：ta-VNS对健康人即刻脑功能的影响；第二部分：ta-VNS对PSCI的疗效及机制探讨；第三部分：运用fNIRS探究健康人和脑卒中患者在ta-VNS干预即刻皮质脑功能变化的特征。

Objectives of Study：

Part I: Effects of ta-VNS on immediate brain function in healthy subjects; Part II: ta-VNS in the treatment of PSCI; Part III: The fNIRS was used to explore the characteristics of cortical functional changes in healthy subjects and stroke patients immediately after ta-VNS intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Part I: 
1. Age 18-75 years old, both sexes, right-handed; 
2. No cognitive impairment was assessed by mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA); 
3. The 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire depression scale showed no depression; 
4. Activities of daily living scale (modified barthel index) showed normal activities; 
5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Part II: 
1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 
2. First onset, duration 1-6 months, stable vital signs; 
3. Age 18-75 years old, both sexes, right-handed; 
4. Right-handed, primary school or above education; 
5. Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score > 10 and < 26;
6. Native speaker of Chinese, able to complete the test in listening and comprehension; 
7. Subjects and their legal guardians (if necessary) understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Part III: 
(Healthy subjects group) 
1. Age 18-75 years old, both sexes, right-handed; 
2. No cognitive impairment was assessed by mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA);

(Patient group) 
1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 
2. First onset, duration 1-6 months, stable vital signs; 
3. Age 18-75 years old, both sexes, right-handed; 
4. Right-handed, primary school or above education; 
5. MoCA score > 10 and < 26; 
6. Native speaker of Chinese, able to complete the test in listening and comprehension; 
7. Subjects and their legal guardians (if necessary) understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 耳甲区局部皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕者； 2. 具有严重原发或继发性疾病，如严重肝肾造血系统疾病，心肺功能重度不全或传染病者； 3. 患有影响认知功能的其他疾病或病史； 4. 妊娠期或哺乳期患者妇女； 5. 对毒品，酒精或其他物质成瘾者； 6. 颅骨缺陷、戴有起搏器、人工耳蜗、体内有金属植入物（口腔科的除外）等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local skin infection, ulcer or scar in the concha area; 2. Patients with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or infectious diseases; 3. Have other diseases or medical history that affect cognitive function; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Addiction to drugs, alcohol or other substances; 6. Skull defects, pacemakers, cochlear implants, metal implants in the body (except stomatology), etc.
