研究目的：

收集MDD患者和健康志愿者的唾液和血液样本，通过生物学技术检测样本中circRNA的表达量，寻找差异表达最为显著的circRNA，探索其成为生物标志物的临床潜在价值，来寻求MDD诊断的生物标志物具有很好的研究前景。

Objectives of Study：

Saliva and blood samples of MDD patients and healthy volunteers were collected, and the expression level of circRNA in the samples was detected by biological technology, so as to find the circRNA with the most significant differential expression and explore its clinical potential value as biomarkers, so as to seek biomarkers for MDD diagnosis with promising research prospects.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者组排除标准： 1.有其他精神病家族史、脑器质性疾病和内分泌疾病史； 2.严重心、肝、肾功能异常者； 3.妊娠期和哺乳妇女； 4.酒精和药物依赖病史； 5.有躁狂或轻躁狂发作史。健康对照组排除标准： 1.有精神病家族史、其他脑器质性疾病和内分泌疾病史； 2.严重心、肝、肾功能异常者； 3.妊娠期和哺乳妇女； 4.酒精和药物依赖病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patient group: 1. A family history of other mental diseases, organic brain diseases and endocrine diseases; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Pregnancy and nursing women; 4. History of alcohol and drug dependence; 5. A history of manic or hypomanic episodes. Exclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1. A family history of mental illness, other organic brain diseases and endocrine diseases; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Pregnancy and nursing women; 4. History of alcohol and drug dependence.
