研究目的：

通过研究得出MCI在双任务下表面肌电和姿势稳定性的特征表现，阐述影响MCI姿势控制的心理因素和脑结构功能机制，以期帮助MCI早期发现和诊断，为患者更及时全面有效的干预提供更多科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, the characteristics of surface electromyography and postural stability of MCI under dual tasks were obtained, and the psychological factors and functional mechanisms of brain structure affecting postural control of MCI were expounded, with a view to helping early detection and diagnosis of MCI and providing more scientific basis for more timely, comprehensive and effective intervention of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 已诊断血管性痴呆、混合性痴呆或其他类型痴呆；符合DSM-IV标准的精神分裂症或其他精神心理疾病；有帕金森病、亨廷顿舞蹈症、脑卒中、颅脑外伤、颅脑肿瘤、前庭神经炎、脊髓损伤、各类共济失调等神经疾病病史；患有糖尿病、严重心血管、呼吸系统疾病，有严重踝膝髋关节变性，有严重下肢畸形、外伤或骨折； 2. 颅脑MR显示白质变性程度明显（超过同组平均值+3SD）； 3. 有酗酒嗜好，或长期服用安眠药物或曾服用兴奋剂、致幻药物； 4. 不能配合完成本项目实验任务的其他情况（如视力、听力明显下降）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vascular dementia, mixed dementia or other types of dementia have been diagnosed; Schizophrenia or other mental diseases that meet DSM-IV standards; Have a history of neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea, stroke, craniocerebral trauma, brain tumor, vestibular neuritis, spinal cord injury, and various ataxia; Suffering from diabetes, serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, serious ankle-knee hip joint degeneration, serious lower limb deformity, trauma or fracture; 2. Brain MR showed obvious degree of leukodystrophy (exceeding the average of the same group + 3 SD); 3. Have a hobby of alcoholism, or take sleeping pills for a long time or have taken stimulants and hallucinogenic drugs; 4. Other circumstances (such as obvious decline in vision and hearing) that can't cooperate to complete the experimental tasks of this project.
