研究目的: |
本研究拟利用人工智能方法对电子结肠镜多模态(包括白光、NBI等)图像深度学习,建立CRA电子结肠镜智能影像实时诊断系统;收集多中心、前瞻性病例信息,利用随机对照试验验证CRA智能影像诊断系统的准确度、特异性、敏感性。采集患者风险信息与包括舌诊、面诊在内的中医信息创建高效、灵敏、精准的CRA临床辅助诊断系统与中西医多模态特征融合的CRC风险预警系统。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study intends to use artificial intelligence method to deeply learn multi-mode (including white light, NBI, etc.) images of electronic colonoscopy, and establish CRA intelligent image real-time diagnosis system of electronic colonoscopy. Multi-center and prospective case information was collected, and the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of CRA intelligent imaging diagnosis system were verified by randomized controlled trials. Collect patient risk information and traditional Chinese medicine information including tongue diagnosis and face diagnosis, establish CRA patient specific disease information database and pathological specimen database, and create an efficient, sensitive and accurate CRA clinical auxiliary diagnosis system and a CRC risk early warning system integrating TCM and western medicine multi-modal characteristics. |

1. 有下消化道内镜检查绝对禁忌症; 2. 有炎症性肠病或既往结直肠切除手术史; 3. 既往下消化道内镜操作未能完成的患者; 4. 家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者; 5. 孕妇; 6. 其他操作者认为不适合参与试验的患者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. There are absolute contraindications for endoscopy of the lower digestive tract; 2. A history of inflammatory bowel disease or prior colorectal resection; 3. Patients who failed to complete previous lower gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures; 4. Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis; 5. Pregnant woman; 6. Patients who were deemed inappropriate by other operators to participate in the trial. |

Data preprocessing: The original data is integrated, abnormal, duplicate and wrong data are removed, and the missing value is filled with the characteristic average value. The binary variables were One-Hot coded, and the continuous variables were normalized. Principal component analysis or exploratory factor analysis was used for feature dimension reduction.
