研究目的：

通过比较ACL重建术后常规康复训练和水中运动训练的疗效，探讨水中运动疗法在ACL重建术后早期康复中的临床应用效果，为制定科学合理、切实可行的ACL重建术后早期康复方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical application effect of aquatic exercise therapy in the early rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction by comparing the efficacy of conventional rehabilitation training and aquatic exercise training after ACL reconstruction, and to provide a basis for developing a scientific, reasonable and practical early rehabilitation program after ACL reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者为人工韧带重建；
2.患者有精神性疾病或存在认知功能障碍者；
3.患者为多发伤，或合并半月板、其它韧带损伤、神经、动脉损伤等；
4.经手术医师认定不能进行术后早期功能康复患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with artificial ligament reconstruction; 2. Patients with psychiatric disorders or with cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients with multiple injuries or combined meniscus, other ligament injuries, nerve or arterial injuries; 4. Patients who are determined by the surgeon to be unable to undergo early postoperative functional rehabilitation.
