研究目的：

利用角膜地形图、Corvis ST生物力学测量仪和眼前段 OCT(RTVue XR)对蠕形螨性睑缘炎所致眼痒及揉眼行为进行研究，以确定敏感的地形图和生物力学指标及相关因素，探讨其对圆锥角膜发生发展的影响，指导临床医师制定适当的干预和治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Corneal topographic map, Corvis ST biomechanical measurement instrument and anterior segment OCT (RTVue XR) were used to study the pruritus and eye rubbing behavior caused by demodex blepharitis, so as to determine the sensitive topographic map and biomechanical indexes and related factors, and to explore the influence on the occurrence and development of keratoconus. Guide clinicians to develop appropriate intervention and treatment strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并睑缘炎相关性角膜结膜病变（BKC）； 2.过敏性结膜炎； 3.角膜屈光手术； 4.眼表活动期感染或近1个月内眼表感染者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Corneal conjunctival disease associated with blepharitis (BKC); 2. Allergic conjunctivitis; 3. corneal refractive surgery; 4. Active ocular surface infection or ocular surface infection within 1 month; 5. Pregnancy or lactation.
