排除标准：

1.未簽署同意書者； 2.困難插管(嘗試插管次數大於3次)； 3.急診病人以及孕婦等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal; 2. Difficult intubation; 3. Emergency surgery or regnancy.
