研究目的：

1.制定COPD的常规剂量和低剂量CT的图像采集及分析标准 2.建立集问卷调查、肺功能信息和CT于一体的多维度的COPD数据库 3.构建多维度、标准的COPD的深度学习或全肺影像组学测试集 4.构建性能鲁棒的COPD诊断、表型和严重度分级的智能系统

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish the standard of routine dose and low dose CT image acquisition and analysis for COPD. 2. Establish a multi-dimensional COPD database integrating questionnaire survey, lung function information and CT. 3. Construct multidimensional, standard COPD deep learning or whole lung imaging test sets. 4. Construct a robust COPD diagnosis, phenotype and severity classification intelligent system.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇和哺乳期妇女；有胸部手术史；合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者。
2.胸部CT图像显示大片的肺炎、大量胸腔积液、肺不张、肺实变、肺部术后、脊柱内固定术后、1cm以上的肺结节或肺肿块、肺弥漫性病变
3.呼吸伪影严重

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women; A history of thoracic surgery; Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and mental disorders.
2. Chest CT images showed large pneumonia, massive pleural effusion, atelectasis, lung consolidation, pulmonary postoperative, spinal internal fixation, pulmonary nodules or masses over 1cm, and pulmonary diffuse lesions
3. Severe respiratory artifacts
