研究目的：

构建全膝关节置换术后慢性疼痛预防方案，探讨其在降低全膝关节置换患者慢性疼痛发生率和疼痛程度等方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a program aimed at preventing chronic preoperative pain among patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, and its effectiveness in reducing the incidence rates of chronic preoperative pain and pain degree will be discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在认知功能障碍, 简易精神状态量表(MMSE) ≤20分； 2. 随访期间再次行骨科手术者； 3. 伴有严重心、肝、肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等疾病； 4. 患有限制下肢活动疾病者； 5. 正在参与其它研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction (MMSE <=20); 2. Re-exposure to orthopedic surgery during the follow-up period; 3. With severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, malignancy, etc; 4. With diseases limiting the movement of the lower extremities; 5. Participating in other studies.
