研究目的：

观察MP108对中国婴幼儿FA临床症状的改善作用，并结合16S rRNA测序和多色流式细胞术等技术，探讨MP108对FA高危儿的防治作用及其对婴儿期肠道菌群和免疫稳态的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of MP108 on improving the clinical symptoms of FA in Chinese infants, combined with 16S rRNA sequencing and multicolor flow cytometry, the prevention and treatment effect of MP108 on high-risk infants with FA and its effect on intestinal flora and immune homeostasis in infants were discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Screening of infants suspected of FA: During the study, full-term infants suspected of FA who showed signs and symptoms related to FA for the first time and went to the child health department of the above hospital for treatment were aged no more than 24 months according to the recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of food allergy and evidence-based guidelines.
2. Screening of infants suspected of CMA: During the study period, full-term infants suspected of CMA who showed signs and symptoms related to CMA for the first time and visited the outpatient department of child care in the above hospital were no more than 24 months old. The assessment of symptoms and signs associated with CMA was based on the Milk Associated Symptom Score (CoMiSS), with CoMiSS >= 10 classified as suspected CMA.
3. Criteria for the diagnosis of FA: Experimental dietary avoidance (EDA) was performed for 2 to 6 weeks, and then experimental dietary avoidance (EDA) OFC was performed for the children with FA diagnosis.
4. Criteria for diagnosis of CMA: Children with suspected CMA were enrolled, who underwent EDA in milk or milk products for 2 to 6 weeks, and then underwent OFC, and those with EDA-OFC positive were confirmed as children with CMA.

排除标准：

1. 有严重心肺脑等重要脏器疾患的婴儿。 2. 有遗传代谢性疾病、染色体异常等先天性疾病婴儿。 3. 皮肤点刺试验强阳性；sIgE大于95％阳性预测值；畸形；有严重过敏反应（anaphylaxis）；严重湿疹；中重度营养不良；先天性皮肤病。 4. 就诊前4周服用益生菌、益生元、合生元、或进食任何深度或氨基酸配方奶粉。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infants with serious diseases of heart, lung, brain and other important organs; 2. Infants with genetic metabolic diseases, chromosomal abnormalities and other congenital diseases; 3. Skin prick test was strongly positive; sIgE is greater than 95% positive predictive value; Deformity; Severe reaction (anaphylaxis); Severe eczema; Moderate to severe malnutrition; Congenital dermatosis; 4. Take probiotics, prebiotics, Biostime, or any deep or amino acid formula 4 weeks before the visit.
