研究目的：

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是一种越来越常见的睡眠障碍，但经常未被诊断出来，部分原因是打鼾者对这种疾病的认识不足，或者缺乏方便的OSA筛查方法。我们旨在寻找一种新的临床体征——“波纹征”来筛查OSA，并探讨其特征。  

Objectives of Study：

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is an increasingly common sleep disorder but frequently undiagnosed, partly due to poor awareness of this disease among snorers, or absence of convenient method for OSA screening. We aimed to find a new clinical sign, the Ripple Sign, to screen OSA, and explore its characteristic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有以下一种或多种情况的患者被排除在外:
1.缺乏PSG记录或清晰的口咽图像
2.经常使用催眠药物
3.鼻咽喉手术史
4.既往中风
5.神经肌肉疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with one or more of the following conditions were excluded:
1.lack of PSG recordings or clear oropharynx pictures
2.regular use of hypnotic medications
3.nose and throat surgical history
4. previous stroke
5. neuromuscular disease.

The patients aged 18-65 years old, male and female, who visited the snoring clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2020 to January 2022. Patients with clear oropharyngeal photographs and a definitive diagnosis of gold standard PSG.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

2020年1月至2022年1月于中山大学附属第一医院打鼾门诊就诊的患者，年龄18-65岁，男女不限。但口咽部照片不清晰或无金标准PSG明确诊断的患者。

盲法：

在判定患者口咽部照片时,三名对病人PSG诊断结果不知情的高级医生独立判断，口咽部的照片是否存在波纹征, 最后的诊断是基于大多数医生的意见。

Blinding：

When judging the oropharyngeal photos of the patient, three senior doctors who were unaware of the PSG diagnosis of the patient independently judged whether the oropharyngeal photos had ripple signs, and the final diagnosis was based on the opinion of the majority of doctors.
