探讨滋肾养阴清热方对阴虚内热型红斑狼疮的治疗作用。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of nourishing the kidney and nourishing yin and clearing heat on yin deficiency internal heat lupus erythematosus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妇女妊娠或哺乳期患者； 2.终末期肾病IV级心力衰竭（NYHA分级）、肝衰竭、脓毒症、恶性肿瘤患者； 3.SLEDAI评分>14分或既往SLE活动频繁，调整用药较频者； 4.对本研究所用的药物组分曾发生过敏者,或容易出现过敏现象者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with end-stage renal disease grade IV heart failure (NYHA grade), liver failure, sepsis, and malignant tumors; 3. Those with a SLEDAI score of>14 or frequent past SLE activities and frequent medication adjustments; 4. Those who have experienced allergies to the drug components used in this study, or those who are prone to allergies.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The applicant formulates a quality management evaluation procedure, quality management plan and operation guide. The researcher ensures that the data reported to the applicant in CRF or other forms is accurate, complete and timely, and that the data on the CRF comes from the source data on the subject's medical record, and must explain any differences.
