研究目的：

测量精神分裂症患者的精神状态、症状特点、社会功能及脑电变化，并观察音乐刺激反应及使用rTMS治疗后的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To measure the state of mind, symptoms, social function and EEG changes in patients with schizophrenia, and to observe music stimulus response and the effect of rTMS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）一个月内有脑卒中者；
（2）有脑外伤史、有癫痫史、脑肿瘤；
（3）合并其他严重精神疾病；
（4）患有严重或不稳定的躯体疾病；
（5）入组前1个月内进行过改良电抽搐治疗；
（6）试验开始前30 天内酗酒或者试验前6个月内存在酒精或药物依赖者。
(7) rTMS治疗禁忌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Stroke patients within one month;
(2) With a history of traumatic brain injury, epilepsy and brain tumors;
(3) Other serious mental illness;
(4) Suffering from severe or unstable body disease;
(5) Modified electroconvulsive therapy was performed within the 1 month;
(6) Alcoholic or drug dependent persons within 30 days prior to the start of the trial or during the first 6 months of the trial.
(7) Contraindications to rTMS.
