研究观察小儿外科手术中允许性高碳酸血症通气策略是否可以提升肺氧合减少术后肺部并发症的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether permissible hypercapnia ventilation strategy can improve pulmonary oxygenation and reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in pediatric surgery

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）合并神经系统疾病、肺部疾病或先心病的患儿；2）合并胸廓先天畸形、脊柱侧弯；3）急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1) children with neurological disease, pulmonary disease or congenital heart disease; 2) Concomitant thoracic congenital deformity and scoliosis; 3) Emergency surgery.
