研究目的：

探究术中缺血时间与肾部分切除术术后肾功能下降之间关系，尤其是在术前存在肾功能受损这一特殊群体患者中.

Objectives of Study：

To quantificationally illustrate the impact of ischemia time (IT) on renal function decline after partial nephrectomy (PN), especially for patients with compromised baseline renal function (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] <90 mL/min/1.73 m^2).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1) 术前基线肾功能无法获取或术前eGFR低于30 mL/min/1.73m2; 2)缺少术后3-15个月期间肾功能数据; 3)缺少围手术期术中缺血时间、肾功能数据; 4) 在随访期内行根治性肾切除术；5）年龄低于18岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m^2; 2. Those with solitary kidney; 3. Those with insufficient renal data; 4. Those receiving selective trans-arterial embolization for renal arterial pseudoaneurysm after surgery or radical nephrectomy for recurrence 3-15 months after surgery; 5. Under 18 years old.
