评价重组胶原蛋白凝胶敷料应用于糖尿病足创面的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and the effectiveness of recombinant human collagen gel dressing applied to diabetic foot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重营养不良，白蛋白<25g/L或血红蛋白<70g/L； 2. 体温>38.5℃或白细胞>12*10^9/L或伤口边缘红肿>5cm； 3. 有难以控制的多重耐药菌感染或者全身严重感染； 4. 对本品及对照品所含成分有过敏史或患者本身是过敏体质（指对2个及以上过敏原过敏）者； 5. 慢性皮肤溃疡或其他原因引起的体表溃疡和窦道； 6. 入选前1个月内参加过其他临床研究者； 7. 有其他研究者认为不宜参加临床研究的情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe malnutrition, albumin <25g/L or hemoglobin <70g/L; 2. Body temperature >38.5℃ or white blood cells >12*10^9/L or redness and swelling of wound edge >5cm; 3. Multi-drug resistant bacterial infection or systemic severe infection that is difficult to control; 4. The patient has a history of allergy to the ingredients contained in this product and the control product or is allergic to two or more allergens; 5. Chronic skin ulcers or other causes of body surface ulcers and sinus tract; 6. Participated in other clinical researchers within 1 month before the admission; 7. Patients with other conditions that researchers consider inappropriate to participate in clinical research.
