研究目的：

探究SARS-CoV-2感染患者PND的风险是否增加，风险增加可以持续多长时间，在不同人群中风险增加是否一致  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether there is an increased risk of perioperative neurocognitive dysfunction after SARS-CoV-2 infection, how long the increased risk last, and whether the increased risk is consistent in different populations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）ASA分级＞3级
（2）发热、上呼吸道感染、肺部感染；
（3）重型SARS-CoV-2感染
（4）心脏外科手术或神经外科手术
（5）术前6周接受过系统化疗
（6）2022年12月8日之前感染SARS-CoV-2的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) ASA classification > 3
(2) Fever, upper respiratory tract infection, lung infection;
(3) severe SARS-CoV-2 infection
(4) Cardiac surgery or neurosurgery
(5) Received systematic chemotherapy 6 weeks before surgery
(6) infected with SARS-CoV-2 before December 8, 2022
