研究目的：

本研究旨在使用三种客观营养指标（老年营养风险指数、预后营养指数、营养控制状况评分）评估住院患者的营养状况并比较其对预测谵妄的价值，确定在接受择期非心脏手术的老年患者中预测谵妄的最有价值的指标，以期对易感患者进行风险分层和营养干预，进而减少或避免谵妄的发生。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to use three objective nutritional indicators（GNRI, PNI, CONUT） to evaluate the nutritional status of inpatients and compare their value in predicting delirium, and determine the most valuable indicators for predicting delirium in elderly patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery, with a view to risk stratification and nutritional intervention for susceptible patients, so as to reduce or avoid delirium.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有严重的神经系统疾病史
2.无法进行沟通患者
3.有酗酒史、药物依赖史患者
4.术后有严重感染患者
5.术前已存在谵妄患者
6.术前简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）文盲≤17分，小学程度≤20分,中学或以上程度≤24分患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of serious nervous system disease 2. Unable to communicate with patients 3. Patients with a history of alcoholism and drug dependence 4. Patients with severe infection after operation 5. Preoperative delirium patients 6. Patients with preoperative Mini-mental State Examination illiteracy <= 17 points, primary school level <= 20 points, secondary school or above level <= 24 points

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	每日负责采集的研究者将纸质版病例记录表交给临床协调员，由临床协调员将数据录入设有密码的电脑，并且数据不得更改。数据每周一次提交给数据管理委员会，数据管理委员负责监控数据质量。
